Sky-Edu Academy AB provides mobile app development, App Store Optimization (ASO), and related consulting services. Specific deliverables, scope, and fees are set out in separate agreements or proposals where applicable.

4. Intellectual property

Content on this website (text, design, logos) is owned by Sky-Edu Academy AB or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use it without our prior written permission. For client projects, ownership of deliverables is as agreed in the relevant project agreement.

5. Client agreements

Where you engage us for development, ASO, or other services, a separate contract or statement of work may apply. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.

6. Disclaimer

Our website and general information we provide are offered “as is”. We do not guarantee specific results from ASO or app development. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky-Edu Academy AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim, or to the extent required by mandatory law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sky-Edu Academy AB and its representatives from claims, damages, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability, indemnity, intellectual property) will survive termination.
